Patient Care

We specialise in diagnosing and treating infections in adults and adolescents, caring for local, expatriate and regional patients. We also manage critically ill patients transferred from overseas, and work closely with paediatric specialists when care for younger patients is needed.
On your first visit, please register at reception. Consultation may take 20–30 minutes depending on complexity. Please bring relevant medical records (in English), such as:

  • Referral letter summarising your condition
  • Immunisation records
Previous medical reports from other providers
  • Radiology images/reports (films, CDs, DVDs)
  • Pathology reports or slides
  • Relevant insurance documents

Outpatient Parenteral Anti-Microbial Therapy (OPAT)

OPAT (Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy) allows stable infections to be treated with IV or IM antibiotics without hospital admission. Treatment can be done at home by a visiting nurse, in our clinic by medical staff or a trained caregiver, using injections, short infusions (1–2 hours), or 24-hour pumps via reliable IV access such as a PICC line.

Advantages of OPAT:

  • Cost savings by avoiding hospital stay
  • Recover comfortably at home
  • Flexibility to continue daily activities
  • Lower risk of hospital-acquired infections
  • Better overall patient experience
